📍 Sayville – Modern Coastal Garden Retreat
A tight backyard just a few blocks from downtown was transformed into a peaceful escape with native plantings, crushed gravel paths, and cedar raised beds. Wi-Fi lighting and irrigation allow for low-maintenance luxury — and more time to enjoy the bay.

📍 Bayport – Family-Friendly Front Yard Makeover
We removed patchy grass and overgrown hedges, redesigned the flow with Belgian block edging and a custom paver walkway, and installed a smart sprinkler system that adjusts with the weather. Now the kids can run barefoot — and it actually looks great all year long.

📍 Blue Point – Outdoor Living with Elegance
An unused yard was redesigned into a three-zone space: a dining area with stone patio and pergola, a fire pit zone with seat walls, and a manicured lawn. Nighttime lighting ties it all together, and the irrigation system keeps it green without lifting a finger.
